Anahata Roach is a holistic practitioner who uses her intuitive gifts and knowledge of stones, guided meditation and coaching to help clients find more balance, energy and peace.
With Master Teacher levels in Usui Reiki, Sekhem-Seichim Reiki(SSR) and All-Love, as well as certification as a Crystal Resonance™ Therapist and Practioner of The Spiral, Anahata has helped hundreds of people find their own unique paths to wellness.
In addition to bodywork, Anahata is a sought-after intuitive who provides information, guidance and clarity through her card readings and crystal coaching. Anahata also offers SSR Reiki attunement and All Love classes, as well as workshops on using crystals for self care.

Crystal Resonance™ Therapy integrates the natural energies of the earth, the electromagnetic frequencies of crystals and minerals, and gentle guided meditation to help you achieve a harmonious balance between body, mind and spirit.
Crystal Resonance™ Therapy (CRT) takes crystal healing out of the realm of superstition and into the realm of science. It is based on aspects of both quantum and Newtonian physics; using the basic laws of energy movement and electromagnetism to effectively shift energetic blocks and patterns within the physical body and energetic field.
CRT is a non-invasive energy treatment modality that can assist you in identifying and exploring your physical, energetic and spiritual self. As a certified Crystal Resonance™ Therapist, I act as your guide and your toolbox as you assume your own power to heal, explore and balance all aspects of your being through this powerful energy treatment modality.

The Spiral is unlike anything you have ever experienced before.
When I initially went through this journey, I was looking for soul purpose clarity and to release old emotional baggage, but had no clue what the significance of it would mean to me.
Created by Dane Tomas, The Spiral is a certified modality that combines:
- Spiral Dynamics,
- the Chakra System, and
- David Hawkins’ Scale of Consciousness
into a transformational program that employs principles of Kinesiology and NLP, and is delivered over eight, 1-hour online coaching sessions.
The Spiral is for anyone who feels there is more to their life, but is not sure what that “more” looks like.
As I progressed from one level to the next, I noticed subtle yet profound changes in the way I reacted to my life and circumstances. Emotional triggers that had always been part of my experience would start up, then dissipate. It was odd to witness.
Like an outdated app, I would feel a program initiate, but then having no pathway to run. It would end without my experiencing the drama, stress, or sense of overwhelm that I had previously.
Before I began this emotional clearing process, I had confusion around my soul purpose. By the end of it, I not only knew what it was but was ready to accept my role as the Crystal Coach.
I have stepped into an identity and a calling I didn’t understand until after I went through Spiral.

Spiral FAQS
What exactly is involved? We have 8 one-hour online sessions where we root clear 3-4 core emotions for each level. We’ll also do some things to integrate whatever we clear. In between sessions you’ll have integration tasks set out for you. You’ll get an embodied sense of each of levels.
How does it work? Emotional clearing is a bit like kinesiology on steroids. We use muscle testing to find the emotional block and Chinese Medicine meridian points to clear it. A root clear is where we find 3 anchored emotions to the core emotions and clear it… For example, root clearing ‘shame’ would look like testing which 3 ages and which 3 main emotions you’ve anchored to ‘shame’ and clearing them so you can experience shame without all the extra baggage and move it more quickly through your system. The result is a streamlined human, with expanded capacity for much more.
What kinds of results can I expect? The results of The Spiral depend on your intention going in. For example, if you want to focus on career. then throughout The Spiral we would unconsciously be clearing emotional blocks hindering you in that direction. Generally speaking, most people who go through The Spiral emerge feeling more free, more expressive, and more confident, although results truly depend on the individual.
Intuitive Readings
Receive guidance, clarity and more information on any topic relating to you.
Anahata connects to your Higher Self and Guides to form a team with hers. Then using a crystal oracle card deck, the team provides you with guidance and clarity around your questions, whether specific or general.
There are three types of readings offered.
- Situational questions: Guidance about specific or general topics.
- Soul path: An overview of gifts and lessons that you brought into this lifetime to experience and use. (Only offered once per client).
- Annual Snapshot: A look at what to expect for the next four quarters and the coming year overall.
During the 30 minute readings, you can receive guidance around at least two situational topics.
The one hour readings can encompass a soul path, annual snapshot and a situational question. For those who have already received a soul path reading, an hour can cover several questions, or be a mix of an annual snapshot and situational questions. Some of Anahata’s regular clients book their annual readings in December, to get a picture of the year to come.
Intuitive readings can be added a la carte to a bodywork or crystal coaching session.
